PER CURIAM Appellant Edward Loveless has lodged an appeal here from the circuit court’s denial of a Freedom of Information Act request directed toward the appellee. Appellant was previously granted an extension of time to file his brief-in-chief, which was due to be filed on April 7, 2009. Before the time to file the brief had elapsed, appellant filed the instant pro se motions for an additional extension of time to file his brief. Appellant attached to the motions memoranda from the library supervisor of the Arkansas Department of Correction facility where appellant is incarcerated. The memorandum explains that the computer system utilized by the inmates has been inoperable since February, 2009. Appellant explains that his brief is located in the computer system and he has been unable to access it in order to complete the abstract.
