James Moody, Circuit Judge, of Little Rock, Michelle Ator, Esq., of Little Rock, Hani Hashem, Esq., of Monticello, and Brandon Harrison, Esq., of Jonesboro are appointed to the Civil Practice Committee for three-year terms to expire on July 31, 2012. We thank them for their willingness to serve on this important committee. We designate Constance Clark, Esq., of Fayetteville, a current member of the committee, to serve as the chairperson and thank her for assuming these duties. She replaces Judge Henry Wilkinson, Circuit Judge Retired, who has ably chaired this committee for several years, and the court expresses its appreciation to him for his service to the committee and the judiciary. The court expresses its gratitude to Judge Don Glover of McGehee, Judge Richard Moore of Little Rock, Judge Randy Philhours of Paragould, and Mariam Hopkins, Esq., of Little Rock, whose terms have expired, for their years of valuable service to this committee.
