CV-18-873.  Travis A. Bell v. James Gibson, Warden, Arkansas Department of Correction, from Lincoln County Circuit Court.  Appellant’s pro se motions for extension of brief time, to amend party to habeas petition, and to supplement brief.  Appeal dismissed; motions moot.  Hart, J., dissents.

Victoria Smith, Esq., of Fayetteville is reappointed to the Board of Directors of Arkansas Access to Justice Foundation, Inc., for a three-year term to expire on April 30, 2022.  We thank Ms. Smith for accepting appointment to the board and for her work in this important endeavor.

 

Harry Light, Esq., of Little Rock is appointed to the Board of Directors of Arkansas Access to Justice Foundation, Inc., for a three-year term to expire on April 30, 2022.  We thank Mr. Light for accepting appointment to the board.

 

Finally, the court expresses its deep gratitude to Bill Waddell, Esq., of Little Rock, whose term has expired, for his years of valuable service to the board.
