RALPH WILSON, JR., JUDGE] STATE OF ARKANSAS APPELLEE MOTION GRANTED. PER CURIAM In 2008, a jury found appellant Diana Nichole Robertson guilty of capital murder, aggravated robbery, and arson. The trial court sentenced her to an aggregate term of life imprisonment without parole. This court affirmed the judgment. Robertson v. State, 2009 Ark. 430, 347 S.W.3d 460. Appellant filed in the trial court a timely petition for postconviction relief under Arkansas Rule of Criminal Procedure 37.1 (2009) and a number of other pleadings, all of which were denied. Appellant lodged an appeal of the order in this court and now has filed a motion in which she seeks an extension of time in which to file her brief. Appellants brief was due to be filed on February 1, 2010. Appellant filed her motion for an extension of time on that date and requests an additional seven days to file her brief. Appellants request is the first such request for an extension of time in this appeal. The motion is granted. Appellants brief is now due seven days from the date of this opinion. Motion granted.
