PER CURIAM
J. Chad Owens, Esq., of Jonesboro is appointed to the Board of Directors of Arkansas Access to Justice Foundation, Inc., to complete the term of Sarah Capp, Esq., who has resigned. The term will expire on April 30, 2020. The court thanks Mr. Owens for accepting appointment to the board.
