John Wilkinson, General Counsel of the Arkansas Municipal League, is appointed to the District Court Resource Assessment Board to fill the unexpired term of Mark R. Hayes, Executive Director of the Arkansas Municipal League, who has resigned from the Board.  This term expires April 30, 2020.  The court thanks Mr. Wilkinson for accepting appointment and extends its gratitude to Mr. Hayes for his work on behalf of the Board.

 

In Re Arkansas Board of Law Examiners.  See per curiam this date.

 

Melanie Grayson of Heber Springs is appointed to the Board of Law Examiners for a six-year term concluding on December 6, 2024.  Ms. Grayson will represent the First Congressional District and replaces Tom Thompson of Batesville whose term has concluded.

 

The Honorable Jason Duffy of Mountain Home is appointed to the Board of Law Examiners for a six-year term concluding December 6, 2024.  Judge Duffy will represent the Third Congressional District and replaces Conrad Odom of Fayetteville whose term has concluded.

 

The court extends its sincere appreciation to Ms. Grayson and Judge Duffy for accepting appointment to this important board.  The court also expresses its gratitude to Mr. Thompson and Mr. Odom for their dedicated service to the board.

We reappoint Representative David Meeks for a three-year term to expire on December 31, 2021.  The Director of the Division of Youth Services and the AOC Juvenile Justice Division Director are appointed as standing members. These appointments expand the original membership of the Commission to include all necessary stakeholders. We thank everyone for their willingness to serve on this important committee.
