GARRY CAMPBELL, RESPONDENT, PER CURIAM Respondent Garry Campbell has brought qualification to seek re-election to the public office of Mayor for the City of Greenwood, Arkansas. Petitioner Kenneth L. Edwards, Jr. has filed motions asking the court to stay execution of an Order entered by Sebastian County Circuit Judge J. Michael Fitzhugh, on September 29, 2010 pending appeal, accelerate and expedite the proceedings, and establish an accelerated briefing schedule. Because of the time-sensitive nature of this matter, we grant Edwards’ motions to expedite and set the following briefing schedule. Edwards shall have until October 14, 2010 to file a brief in this matter, and Campbell’s brief shall be due on October 18, 2010. No reply brief will be permitted.
