In Re the Arkansas Judges and Lawyers Assistance Program Committee.  See per curiam this date.

 

William “Bill” Arnold is appointed to the Arkansas Judges and Lawyers Assistance Program Committee as a lawyer member, for a six-year term expiring March 15, 2024.  He is replacing Cynthia Nance, whose term has concluded.

 

Theresa M. Beiner is appointed to the Arkansas Judges and Lawyers Assistance Program Committee as a lay member, for a six-year term expiring March 15, 2024.  She is replacing Melanie Conway, M.D., whose term has concluded.

 

Betty Carpenter is appointed to the Arkansas Judges and Lawyers Assistance Program Committee as a lay member, for a six-year term expiring March 15, 2024.  She is replacing Barbara Bramblett, who is vacating her seat.

 

The court extends its sincere appreciation to Mr. Arnold, Dean Beiner, and Ms. Carpenter for accepting appointment to this important committee.  The court also expresses its gratitude to Ms. Nance, Dr. Conway, and Ms. Bramblett for their dedicated service to the committee.
