PER CURIAM In 2007, a jury convicted appellant Talideen Tramal Davenport of capital murder and three counts of unlawful discharge of a firearm from a vehicle. Appellant was sentenced to an aggregate term of life without parole plus fifteen years’ incarceration. This court affirmed the judgment. Davenport v. State, 373 Ark. 71, 281 S.W.3d 268 (2008). Appellant, proceeding pro se, timely filed a petition for postconviction relief under Arkansas Rule of Criminal Procedure 37.1 that was denied. He has lodged an appeal of that order in this court and now brings this motion requesting an extension of time in which to file his brief. Appellant avers that he has experienced delays resulting from his incarceration in obtaining documents necessary for his brief. Since filing the motion, appellant has tendered a brief. As appellant has tendered his brief, we grant the motion for extension of time. Our clerk is directed to file the brief as of the date of this opinion. Motion granted.
