In Re Arkansas State Board of Law Examiners. See per curiam this date.
The Honorable Waymond M. Brown of Pine Bluff is appointed to the State
Board of Law Examiners for a six-year term concluding on January 1, 2023. Judge
Brown will be an At Large member and replaces P. Luevonda Ross,
who recently
passed away.
The Court extends its sincere appreciation to Judge Brown for accepting
appointment to this important Board. The Court also expresses it gratitude for Ms.
Ross’s dedicated service to the Board and offers its condolences to her family.

H. David Blair, Esq., of Batesville is appointed to the Committee on Civil
Practice, and he is designated the Chair of the committee. His term expires on July
31, 2019. The court thanks Mr. Blair for accepting this appointment.
Mr. Blair succeeds Honorable Henry Wilkinson, Retired Circuit Judge,
whose term has expired. Judge Wilkinson has provided valuable leadership to the
committee for many years, for which the court is greatly indebted and expresses its
gratitude for a job well done.
