Cite as 2013 Ark. 300 SUPREME COURT OF ARKANSAS No. CR-13-575 DIMITRIA SINGLETON-HARRIS Opinion Delivered July 25, 2013 APPELLANT MOTION FOR INDIGENCY V. DETERMINATION OR IN THE ALTERNATIVE FOR A HEARING; MOTION TO WITHDRAW AS STATE OF ARKANSAS COUNSEL; FIRST AMENDED APPELLEE MOTION TO WITHDRAW AS COUNSEL MOTIONS GRANTED. PER CURIAM As reflected by an amended sentencing order entered on May 13, 2013, a jury in the Miller County Circuit Court found appellant Dimitria Singleton-Harris guilty of rape, aggravated assault, robbery, kidnapping, and aggravated residential burglary for which she received a cumulative sentence of forty-four years in prison. Her retained counsel, Jasmine F. Crockett, filed a notice of appeal on appellants behalf. Counsel has filed a motion before this court seeking a determination that appellant is indigent for purposes of appeal. As reflected by appellants affidavit in support of the request to proceed in forma pauperis, appellant is indigent, and we grant her motion. Counsel has also filed a motion to withdraw as counsel and an amended motion to withdraw as counsel, based on the assertion that she lacks experience in appellate matters. We grant counsels motions to withdraw and appoint attorney Tim Cullen to represent appellant on appeal. It is so ordered.
