Pursuant to Arkansas Code Annotated § 7-9-505 (Repl. 2011), petitioners Nancy Todd and Nancy Todd’s Poker Palace and Entertainment Venues, LLC, seek review of the Secretary of State’s determination finding that the ballot title submitted by petitioners is legally insufficient.
