V. THOMAS A. MARTIN PRO SE MOTION FOR EXTENSION RESPONDENTS TO FILE APPEAL DENIED; PRO SE MOTION TO WAIVE FILING FEE DENIED. PER CURIAM Petitioner Alice Spinks brought a request for writ of mandamus in which she asked this court to direct the circuit judge to call a grand jury. We denied the request as the petitioner failed to establish a right to that remedy. We also denied her motion for rehearing and for clarification. Now petitioner asks for an extension of time to file an appeal. We must deny that request because petitioner has failed to follow our rules. See Ark. R. App. P.–Civ. 5 (2010). In the alternative, petitioner asks that we consider her petition as motion of appeal for grand jury.” However, we do not hear direct requests for empaneling a grand jury nor do we take appeal on that motion. See Ark. R. App. P.–Civ. 3 (2010). Finally, petitioner asks that we waive her fees, but she cites to no authority. Accordingly we deny. Hereafter pleadings submitted in this matter shall be in proper form
