ARK.] ALLEN VS. STATE BANK. 103 ALLEN VS. STATE BANK. Pike vs. Lytle, 1 English's R. 212 cited, and approved. Writ of Error to the Circuit Court of Pulaski County. THE Bank of the State of Arkansas having recovered judgment against Powell et al. in the Pulaski circuit court, sued out a writ of Garnishment to St. Francis county against Allen and others. Allen made default, and judgment was rendered against him for the amount of the original judgment, at the May term 1845. He brought error, and assigned for error, among other things, that the writ of garnishment improperly issued to St. Francis county, beyond the local jurisdiction of the court. FOWLER, for plaintiff in error. LINCOLN, contra. JOHNSON, C. J. This court has already passed upon every question involved in this case. See Pike vs. Lytle, 1 English's Rep. 212. We deem it unnecessary to re-argue the points presented as the two cases are precisely analogous, and rest upon the same principles of law. It is all sufficient to refer to the decision in that case for an argument strictly applicable to this. Judgment reversed.
