PER CURIAM On recommendation of the Supreme Court Committee on Professional Conduct, we hereby accept the voluntary surrender, in lieu of disbarment proceedings, of the license of Larry James Hartsfield, of Little Rock, Arkansas, to practice law in the State of Arkansas. In his petition to voluntarily surrender his law license, filed with this court on April 13, 2011, Mr. Hartsfield acknowledged two pending matters with the Committee on Professional Conduct, one of which resulted in Panel As recommendation to initiate disbarment proceedings. Mr. Hartsfield stated in his petition that he wished to avoid the expense, stress, and publicity of the disbarment proceedings. The name of Larry James Hartsfield shall be removed from the registry of licensed attorneys, and he is barred and enjoined from engaging in the practice of law in the State of Arkansas. It is so ordered.
