Nelson, individually, is denied, and his appeal remains active.  Gruber, J., not participating.

 

CV-22-420.  Anthony Alexis v. Kathleen Ashmore and Robert Ashmore, from Lonoke County Circuit Court.  Appellees’ motion to dismiss appeal is denied.  See Holloway v. Ark. State Bd. of Architects, 348 Ark. 99, 71 S.W.3d 563 (2002).
