CIRCUIT COURT [JV-11-102] ARKANSAS DEPARTMENT OF HONORABLE KEN D. COKER, JR., HUMAN SERVICES AND MINOR JUDGE CHILDREN AFFIRMED; MOTION TO APPELLEES WITHDRAW GRANTED PHILLIP T. WHITEAKER, Judge Appellant Shannon Block appeals from a Pope County Circuit Court order terminating her parental rights to her three children, M.B. (d/o/b 05/27/09), T.B. (d/o/b 08/28/07), and G.C. (d/o/b 3/29/00). 1 Her attorney has filed a motion to withdraw as counsel that is accompanied by a brief filed pursuant to Arkansas Supreme Court Rule 6-9 (2012) and Linker-Flores v. Arkansas Department of Human Services, 359 Ark. 131, 194 S.W.3d 739 (2004), in which counsel argues that there are no issues of arguable merit for appeal. Ms. Block was given an opportunity to file pro se points for reversal but did not do so. After carefully examining the record and the no-merit brief, we hold that Ms. Blocks counsel has complied with the requirements for no-merit parental-rights-termination appeals 1 The order also terminated the parental rights of Darol Cundall, father of G.C., and James Block, father of M.B. and T.B. They have not appealed the order terminating their parental rights.
