WORKERS COMPENSATION COMMISSION [NO. G005817] WASTE MANAGEMENT, INC., INDEMNITY INSURANCE COMPANY OF NORTH AMERICA, and GALLAGHER BASSETT SERVICES APPELLEES REBRIEFING ORDERED RAYMOND R. ABRAMSON, Judge Appellant Cedric Raulston alleged that he had sustained a compensable injury to his back on December 14, 2009, but the Commission found that he failed to prove that he had sustained a compensable injury. On appeal, Raulston contends that the Commission arbitrarily disregarded evidence and the testimony of certain witnesses, including a medical expert, and erred in its holding regarding the statute of limitations. We are unable to reach appellants arguments, however, because pages 13 through 19 of his argument are not included in his brief. Appellant has seven days from the date of this opinion in which to file a substituted brief correcting this omission. Rebriefing ordered. VAUGHT, C.J., and HOOFMAN, J., agree. Willard Proctor, Jr., P.A., by: Willard Proctor, Jr., for appellant. Worley, Wood & Parrish, P.A., by: Melissa Wood, for appellees.
