Cite as 2011 Ark. App. 641 ARKANSAS COURT OF APPEALS DIVISION III No. CACR11-191 KEONDRA MONTREL CHESTANG Opinion Delivered OCTOBER 26, 2011 APPELLANT APPEAL FROM THE LEE COUNTY V. CIRCUIT COURT [NO. CR-08-106] STATE OF ARKANSAS HONORABLE OLLY NEAL, JUDGE APPELLEE SUPPLEMENTAL ADDENDUM ORDERED CLIFF HOOFMAN, Judge Following a jury trial, appellant KeOndra Chestang was convicted of second-degree battery. Chestang argues on appeal that there was insufficient evidence to support his conviction, that the trial court erred in allowing certain testimony by the alleged victim, and that the trial court erred in denying his motion to dismiss. We order Chestang to file a supplemental addendum within seven calendar days to cure deficiencies in his addendum. Arkansas Supreme Court Rule 42(a)(8) (2011) requires that an appellants brief include an addendum consisting of all documents essential to the appellate courts resolution of the issues on appeal. In a case where there was a jury trial, the jurys verdict forms must be included in the addendum. Ark. Sup. Ct. R. 42(a)(8)(A)(i). Because Chestang has not included the jurys verdict forms in his addendum, we order him to correct this deficiency by filing a supplemental addendum within seven calendar days from the date of this opinion. Ark. Sup. Ct. R. 42(b)(4); see also In re 42(b) of the Rules of the Supreme Court, 2011 Ark.

Dustin McDaniel, Atty Gen., by: Karen Virginia Wallace, Asst Atty Gen., for appellee. 2
