ABRAMSON, Judge Appellant First Arkansas Bail Bonds, Inc., appeals from the circuit courts entry of a consent order of contempt on surety and the denial of its motion for new trial and in arrest of judgment. The facts, parties, and issues in this case are identical to the facts, parties, and issues presented to this court in the companion case handed down today in First Arkansas Bail Bonds, Inc. v. State, 2011 Ark. App. 331 (CACR 10-1269), with the only apparent difference being the name of the defendant bonded in the underlying action. For the reasons set forth in First Arkansas Bail Bonds, Inc. v. State, supra, we affirm. WYNNE and BROWN, JJ., agree.
