MARSHALL JR., Judge Richard and Debra Ondrisek appeal from an order adjudicating their son I. dependent-neglected. In the same proceeding, the court also adjudicated the sons of Greg Seago, Brian Broderick, and Alphonso Reid dependent-neglected. All of the se parents have appealed, arguing that the circuit court erroneously granted a directed verdict to the Arkansas Department of Human Services, the party with the burden of proof on the fighting issue. In a separate opinion, we affirmed the adjudication order involving Alphonso Reid’s son, A.R. Reid v. Ark. Dep’t of Human Servs., 2010 Ark. App . 156. For the same reasons stated in that opinion, we affirm the adjudication order involving the Ondrisek's son, I. Affirmed.
